If an item you ordered from the Martin House online Wisteria Shop was broken in shipment, or you received the wrong item, simply contact customer support within 30 days of receiving it. We will arrange to have UPS pick up the item and will send you a replacement.
If you are unhappy with an item you ordered from the online Wisteria Shop simply send the item back within 30 days for a refund. Customer must pay for shipping.
